Reflection ...

A month has passed, and my special feeling has lived on. I couldn't believe that my blog was hit more than 1000 times in one month by readers from 13 countries (USA, Indonesia, Russia, Singapore, Canada, Germany, India, Brazil, China, Srilanka, Ukraine, Turkey. and Philippines) I am so grateful; 'cause little did I know a month ago that I would be able to share my thoughts with all of you. I am hoping that my thoughts would serve as a reflection for all of us. Every time I stumble into something, I revisit my own blog and somehow it has inspired me all over again and I hope the same goes with you.Thank you... Thank you for taking your precious time, busy moments to join me in this journey of life!

About a month ago when I was in the midst of confusion, I only see myself when I look in front of the mirror. However, thru this blogging, I feel like I am no longer alone in this Journey of life. I feel like it was meant to be that I am where I am today, blogging my way out. Not only have you motivated me, but you are here with me every step of the way. Your every bit of encouragement have made a huge difference in my journey and my daughter's goal.--(http://everywordisonestepcloser.blogspot.com-if you haven't yet visited her blog. Please do so. Her stories are cute and refreshing. Make you feel like you are once again a child.) I feel like, not only I am not a typical mom, but all of us, you and I, are not so typical parents. Why? Because we are trying in every way we can to make a difference in our children's life. As we embark on this journey, we are trying to lead our next generation into the quest for knowledge, the quest beyond A.

Once in a while, we would pause in our journeys and take a look at our surroundings, acknowledge our next generation, our loved ones. At the same time, we are trying to take full responsibilities and be accountable for our own actions. Hopefully with that in mind, we can then talk the talk, and walk the walk. Also be there for our next generation, as they are perfect to us, regardless who they are.

In this journey, not only I have learned about expressing myself, but also how to generate your curiosity, perhaps by introducing something forbidden. And by doing so, I have learned that majority of the audiences have great interest, naturally, on how the male's brain and female's brain work. Without realizing it, together in this journey, we have generated a lot of happiness and that happiness may have spread across our social networking.

If our happiness is strong enough, we may start seeing our glasses half full instead of half empty. Maybe then we would aim higher but yet be able to retract when our goals are no longer in line with our emotional needs. Who knows by doing so, we would learn to reset our expectations and not be so hard on ourselves, others as well as our loved ones. Instead we would give them more chances by giving them positive and constructive feedback in such a manner that may cause a tipping point in their life.

Having all of your friendships has made my journey much fuller and much more exciting. As exciting as it is, one thing still remains true, my frizzy hair. I guess I have learned my lesson. No more permed hair for me.

Now, please go out and be contagious. Who knows, we may spread a lot of love, and maybe then we will feel the special undefined sense that we have been thriving for. However, please keep in mind that we need to watch our manners, no peeking at our smart phones when we are with someone, especially with our loved ones.

BTW., I am impressed (at myself :-)) I have written 26 blogs so far. But, wait... I only listed 25 of those in this blog. I like to play some fun game with you. For anyone who can find which blog that I have failed to list the link here. (Hint: Every grayed phrase contains links to my previous blogs.) I have a prize for you. It doesn't matter where you are, just put in the comment and leave me your email address, so I can contact you to get your mailing address. I will send you a book of your choice, The Male brain or the Female Brain, for the very first person who gets the answer correct.

Until next stop,
Journey of Life
