Wanna laugh .. how about Mr. Bean?

Do you know that laughing is the healthiest action we human could do? By laughing we actually stabilize our blood flow, increase our immune system, lower our blood sugar and most importantly reduce our stress.

According to, “One pioneer in laughter research, William Fry, claimed it took 10 minutes on a rowing machine for his heart rate to reach the level it would after just one minute of hearty laughter.” And it burned calories too, “Maciej Buchowski, a researcher from Vanderbilt University, conducted a small study in which he measured the amount of calories expended in laughing. It turned out that 10-15 minutes of laughter burned 50 calories.” There you go ... laugh it out!

Do you know there is this ‘laughing yoga,’ class? I thought this is funny! We need a yoga class to teach us how to laugh? I think Mr. Bean can do better than that!

I am always a fan of Mr. Bean. His silly face is really something. In my opinion, Mr. Bean is the greatest comedian alive. Even without speaking, he could make us the audiences laugh.
